Q3: What is the lead time? How long until I receive the equipment after payment? 1) For customized machines, the lead time is approximately 14 days.
2) Standard machines in stock can be delivered immediately upon receiving your payment.
Q4: What is the warranty? 1) The COUGAR equipment's engine, hydraulic pump, valve, motor, etc., come with a 1-year global warranty, which can be serviced locally.
2) We offer online video support, free spare parts, video technical support, field maintenance, repair services, and lifetime service for Cougar machines.
Q5: How can I make a payment? 30% T/T in advance as a deposit, 70% T/T before shipping.
