Q1: Are you the manufacturer or a trading company? We are the manufacturer of the COUGAR skid steer loader, mini loader, excavators, and various attachments. We also have our own trading company. Q2: Do you offer OEM or ODM services? What is the MOQ? Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services, and the minimum order quantity is just 1 unit!
Q3: What's the lead time? How long will it take to receive the equipment after payment? 1) For customized machines, the lead time is approximately 14 days.
2) For standard machines in stock, delivery can be made immediately after payment.
Q4: What is the warranty? 1) The COUGAR equipment's engine, hydraulic pump, valve, motor, etc., come with a 1-year global warranty, which you can avail from the local market.
2) We offer online video support, free spare parts, video technical assistance, field maintenance, and repair services for the COUGAR machine's entire lifespan.
Q5: How can I make a payment? We require a 30% T/T deposit in advance and the remaining 70% T/T before shipping.
